Model risk assessment relating to the wearing of facemasks and the enforcing of the Covid19 vaccine on staff working in record offices

Garth Bland, County Archivist of Loamshire, has prepared a risk assessment for all persons in his record office in response to the alleged Covid19 pandemic. We believe this is unique among county record offices, although surely a legal requirement. We asked Garth if we could publish his document as a model risk assessment for the wearing of facemasks in all record offices. He kindly consented.

RISK ASSESSMENT: LOAMSHIRE RECORD OFFICE

Prepared by Garth Bland, County Archivist of Loamshire for Dr. Eoin Foggarty, chief medical officer, Loamshire County Council.

Terms of reference: to assess the risk of wearing masks by archivists, para-professionals, archives assistants, paper keepers or strongroom assistants, reception staff, visiting elected members, contractors and visiting members of the public in response to the alleged Covid19 pandemic.

Assumptions:

(1) viruses can spread from person to person through the air. Not proven, viz "Germ Theory".

(2) facemasks are in themselves safe to wear and stop the inhalation of contaminants including viruses. False. The wearer breathes in fibres that are injurious to the lungs and broncheoli in the long term. They reduce inspired oxygen from 21% to 18%, leading to brain damage in the long term. The wearer inhales previously exhaled air containing contaminants, e.g. carbon dioxide. Viruses are 1000 times smaller than the smallest holes in the facemasks.

Legal implications: legal action against employers and trades unions for causing brain damage, lung diseases and restricting biological needs by enforcing the wearing of facemasks without scientific evidence in support their effectiveness or legal power do so; legal action against employers and trades unions for failing to carry out risk assessments on the wearing of facemasks; legal action against employers and trades unions for causing lung diseases and fungal infections caused by enforcing the wearing of facemasks; legal action against employers and trades unions for adverse reactions arising from enforcing the Covid19 or other vaccines on employees (adverse reactions so far including Bell's Palsy, paralysis, allergic reactions).

Categories of persons potentially exposed

Archivists. Respiratory risks: high, based on occasionally breathing dust-filled strongroom air, especially during stocktaking. Dermatological risks: high risk of facial mould infections, based on (a) wearing facemasks for several hours a day and (b) handling documents, especially parchment documents infected with moulds. No risk of virus cross-infection, as Covid19 is a hoax. Covid19 risk: nil.

Archives assistants (including paper keepers and strongroom assistants). Respiratory risks: very high, based on frequently breathing dust-filled strongroom air, especially during stocktaking.  Dermatological risks: high risk of facial mould infections, based on (a) wearing facemasks for several hours a day and (b) handling documents, especially parchment documents infected with moulds. No risk of virus cross-infection, as Covid19 is a hoax. Covid19 risk: nil.

Para-professionals e.g. education officers, marketing officers, exhibition officers, venue managers. Respiratory risks: moderate, based on occasionally breathing dust-filled strongroom air. Dermatological risks: moderate risk of facial mould infections, based on (a) wearing facemasks for several hours a day and (b) handling documents, especially parchment documents infected with moulds. No risk of cross-infection, as Covid19 is a hoax. Covid19 risk: nil.

Contractors, visiting members of the public and visiting elected members. Respiratory risks: low, based on shorter lengths of exposure to enclosed air. Dermatological risks: low risk of facial mould infections whilst on site, based on wearing facemasks for limited periods. No risk of cross-infection, as Covid19 is a hoax. Covid19 risk: nil.

Archival conservators and repairers. Respiratory risks: moderate, based on occasionally breathing dust-filled strongroom air. Dermatological risks: high risk of facial mould infections, based on (a) wearing facemasks for several hours a day and (b) handling documents, especially parchment documents infected with moulds. No risk of cross-infection, as Covid19 is a hoax. Covid19 risk: nil.

Chief archivists in local government. Respiratory risks: inhalation of high humidity, based on breathing in hot air expired by visiting elected members and chief and senior officers. Dermatological risks (a) low risk of facial mould infections based on wearing facemasks for limited periods (b) rarely handling documents, especially parchment documents infected with moulds.  No risk of cross-infection, as Covid19 is a hoax. Covid19 risk: nil.
